Energetic Healing Sessions

Gena uses Medical Mediumship, Reiki, IET, Meditation, Crystals, and Essential Oils to promote your healing and restore balance in the body, mind, and soul where it is needed. It can assist in stabilizing and harmonizing the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic body. This can help with body pain, mood, and trauma/blocks. This is a 60-minute session where we will discuss the current state of your energy, and what you feel you need and then perform the healing.

Sound Healing Sessions

*In-person (1:1 or Group setting)*

Gena uses sound bowls, tuning forks, tuning forks, and other sound modalities to assist in stabilizing the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic body to promote healing. This calming state allows restoration and nervous system regulation to take place and can help with body pain, mood, and trauma/blocks.
